I’ve been feeling like extremely fucking sad lately, and I’ve been taking it out solely on myself. I need to stop and give myself a little credit. I’ve been through hell and almost back in three years, but at least I can say that I’ve kept my body somewhat healthy. Sometimes I just need to stop, look at this change, and say to myself, “hey, self, you’ve done well. And guess what, sometimes it’s ok to take a few days off from the gym, and sometimes it’s okay to eat some pizza, especially when it’s free. So stop being so damn hard on you.” 
BodyImage is a fucking bitch, and I don’t think we’ll ever be friends.
